Your First Dental Appointment
When you call us or fill out an appointment request to make your initial appointment, you can anticipate the session to last roughly 90 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete the appropriate paperwork before we begin the exam, cleaning, and discussion of any required dental care. There will be plenty of time for questions! If you have questions regarding any part of your oral health, we are delighted to address them.
Following the disclosure of your dental and medical histories, we'll take digital x-rays and finish a thorough cleaning of your teeth. In addition to looking at your teeth and gums, your dentist will review the x-rays and any areas of concern identified during your cleaning, such as the requirement for a filling or other restorative or aesthetic procedure.
If you need help filling out the forms, arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment and a member of our team will be happy to assist you!

Just basic preventative care is frequently covered by insurance, so you could have to foot some of the expense for other treatments. If you have any inquiries about coverage or the price of your care, please contact us. We want to ensure that all of our patients receive the care they require.
Financial Planning
The majority of major credit cards and insurance policies are accepted by Wellsville Family Dental. Also, we partner with CareCredit and iCreditworks to offer patients who require major work or who lack dental insurance a financial choice.
You can always get assistance from our office staff with insurance claims and paperwork. In order to ensure that your insurance coverage satisfies your needs and your budget, we will submit claims on your behalf and communicate with your insurance company.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
